“A standout ethereal ballad from the Grateful Dead’s ambitious 1975 studio album Blues For Allah, Crazy Fingers was played a less than a dozen times 1975-1976, and was then seemingly shelved for good. However, in 1982, the Dead brought it back into the live repertoire, where it remained and was played every year 1982-1995, with the exception of 1984.
