Encore Baby Blue is in the middle of the sets, labeled as Scarlet. The energy from the drummers is a highlight throughout the show; renewed energy that sets up the big year to come in ‘87 and shows off the changes that took place since Jerry’s return. You can hear more energy in Jerry’s vocals on Row, He’s Gone, and Black Peter compared with two year prior. Speaking of renewed vocals Box of Rain is well played, and sung, by Phil and there’s an audible ‘we want Phil’ just before it. The Sugar Magnolia stands out and must be one of the best of ‘86; try to sit still.
