Notes: This tape is an improvement over ID-19527: 1) Includes nine minutes of additional music (two partial songs). 2) This source is stereo whereas ID-19527 is mono. 3) There is less hiss and the sound is generally better. 4) ID-19527 has tape speed problems. Some patches were added from ID-19527 in an effort to make things as complete as possible; Casey Jones 0:00 > 0:09, High Time 3:25 > 3:31, banter after Easy Wind 0:04 > 0:32, banter after IKYR, 0:00 > 1:18 (entire track). Deadlists.com comments about this concert: “Phil teases Good Lovin’ before Easy Wind. Most likely The Other One was preceded by Cryptical > Drums. The Jam between Cryptical and Cosmic takes the opening riff of Cosmic Charlie & blends it with the rhythms of the Jam out of Cryptical. DeadBase IX lists a Hard To Handle before China Cat and, after Cosmic Charlie; Mama Tried & Good Lovin’. This is an excellent job of audience taping. According to Michael Parrish, who saw this show, the order of performances was “Doug Kershaw, Sons of Champlin, Dead (one set), Airplane. On the next night the Dead closed.”
