Notes: Something happened with the SBD tape, beginning with Terrapin Station, where the speed fluctuated much more heavily and frequently, making the project about three times as difficult and requiring much smaller increments to work with. Also, the weird “mid-80’s” static in the mix during the second set affected the speed/position slightly at times. I had not worked on a matrix as difficult as this since 9/9/72 (Vol. 64). All this being the case, the second half of the matrix is not quite as stable as the first half, but still pretty good overall. Soundtrack Pro was used to remove several digital anomalies.
