The Dead come out in the first set and do Promised Land with everyone on different instruments: Jerry and Brent on drums, Bob on keys, Billy on bass, Phil on lead guitar, and Mickey on rhythm. They then switched back to their regular spots and played the tune again. The strange thing is that the first one is not half bad.
