Here we have a 1988 Mardi Gras show that is quite good with a few spicy jams throughout and a pretty sweet setlist.

The first set Stranger> Franklin’s> Walkin’ Blues is a lot of fun. And the second set, though not the best Dead playing of all time by any stretch, all rocks and includes some noteable sections throughout.

I love the way the China Cat gets a nice rise out of the crowd; they know their night is going to be great as soon as they hear the first notes.
